moviemaker overload

i was out before sunrise at work saturday and watched a big full moon setting...

then went and shot way too much helmet camera footage down the beach at gullane,i just switched it on and pedaled like mad round the sandy trails for about 2 hours leaving the camera running, ive ended up putting 2 films on youtube, pt1 of 2...

i used the jump lid with the side mount id cut and fitted under the liner for a secure mount for my first tachyon xc camera...

to balance the weight of the camera ive used car wheel balance weight's!..

now i like too watch bike films but i think just the helmet camera view on its own is too much so i will keep using the cannon camera with gorrila tripod for ride-by clips (use the 2nd tachyon camera if raining) and i also like to have a start/finish to a film like a view or sunrise/sunset,maybe try some timelapse too which my new cameras can do.what i did get on film at last is riding down the infamous murder hill dune at the beach, dont worry there wasnt a murder here or a mass slaughter back in unsettled times!,it became known as this by players of rangers football club who first trained running up and down the hill, most major football clubs visit the beach now and train on the hill-dont see any of them lugging a 38 lbs surly pugsley up it !!,

it was really hard work walking up with the bike, worst still it dosnt look that steep on the film! but believe me it is,you cant ride a motorbike down it but the pugsley flew down,i need to get someone to film me up above on top of the small cliff.
last night i went out on the motorbike after work and rode a load of greenlanes-old roads or unmaintained roads as they will be known on a list or map at the county council buildings, long forgotten and hidden as far from public view as possible-although they are public domain and as such should be available to view if you so wish,,anyway the bikes going good...

im waiting on a jetting kit to arrive from the states to richen it up as they run very lean for emissions in italy where there built-yep an italian built motorbike with reliable electrics! lol,i made a film riding a few trails... watchout for 2 ROC coldwar bunkers i point out at the very beginning and around 7mins 5 secs...

OTHER STUFF- i got 2 doors from a niegbour free which i need to work out how to cut to fit then try to hang...

or maybe il just ask my friend whos a good joiner to help me out..,
behind them is a heavier glass door that i hope my said friend can reem the bottom of so i can fit a sliding door kit that i bought which will make the lean-to sealed from the outside for frost etc, as this now the flyscreen door is open to the elements,i hope to have it sealed for heat for the winter(about 4 weeks away) and will use it as a kind of en-suite garage to the kitchen-as apossed to the kitchen!,for when its a bit cold for going out to the garage,
check out the great use of a bungie cord..,the door sqeaks just like they do on films in america lol..

the clematis outside has been constantly flowering for 2 months now...

and attracting alot of butterflys like this...

lastly heres pics of tonights sunset,i love sunsets..
